The European project “CrossEUWBA” pursues the overall objective of facilitating the funding of women entrepreneurs (WE) through women business angels (WBAs) and contributing to the creation of a sustainable base of private investment in Europe. The project is co-funded by the European Union and brings together entities from 5 European countries with expertise in female entrepreneurship.
Willco – Film production management made easy
Co-founder of Willco, Asia Jarzyna shares her experience from participating in the CrossEUWBA activities and trainings:
“After a decade dedicated to film production I decided to create a SaasS application for film production management.
Willco is a digital tool that has already been successfully used in international film productions, such as “The Rhythm Section” and “Phoenix”.
But, no matter how enthusiastic you are at the beginning of your project, you soon realise that starting up a business is not an easy road to follow.
That’s why the initiatives supported by CrossEUWBA and carried on by women who fully understand your position have such a great value.
Practicing pitching skills at “Be a Business Angel” trainings and networking at Campus CrossEUWBA are very important for early-stage business initiatives.”
